This is so funny--I have the exact case and have been using it for the exact same purpose! Recently though I got a charging dock for my phone that also charges a spare battery, and it's too bulky for the Muji case. So I've ordered the Tom Bihn Travel Tray because it should hold even bulky chargers and it will moonlight as a catch-all tray for the hotel room.

I auditioned the Osprey Powerhouse. I liked the interior organization--there are stretch-mesh pockets on either side, one of which is divided in half for smaller items and charging cords, and in the middle is a large undivided compartment for bulky items. I sent it back though because I didn't like the flap closure and the bag didn't really do much more than any freebie cosmetic or amenity bag would do.
