In my experience they tend to start taking meal orders @ 1C/2A and then work their way back before startig with the G/J side.
Serving Meals/desserts/'Almost there' etc: They start at the back @row 9 working their way up to row 1.
Row 9 is closest to the working galley and most likely isn't the quietest part of the cabin. Row 2/3 should be fine.
