Last month the Concorde JFK-LHR had a hydraulic problem and could not take off. Pax were offered sub-sonic F if they wanted it.

Those who really wanted Concorde were put up in Hotel overnight at BA expense. AND were given a free RT Concorde ticket for future use, irrespective of WHAT kind of ticket they held - QF award, BA Award, paid Full fare, discount QEII deal etc. How do I know?
