Nothing has changed in the policy: SK revenue management (RM) closes their bet on the flight about 72h before departure and releases the last batch of seats to uTO at that point. At the airport/onboard the actual last remaining seats are sold at a fixed price/EB points. If the RM calculation goes completely bad (which happens relatively often, BTW) the rejected uTO people are annoyed indeed...
