Could end between July to October of this year. So I assume this means the end of the companion pass unless they update the terms which I doubt...

My CC must be booked by 5/31/2015 and my girlfriends by 9/30/2015. Travel by 8/31/2015 and 12/31/2015. Not sure if I will be able to use either of them...
I think it means the latest chance of a USAIR flight is September 30th, but most likely almost all will be gone earlier (given the current speed/process). But that does not matter. Once booked, you are good to go.

The 9/30 date seems to be a key date... last day to use certs, end of the 3 month window they gave travel agents... seems there will be at least 1 last flight on 9/30 and the that will be it.
