In light of what is likely to be "out there," the game Tim Clark is playing doesn't strike me as a very smart one. We'll see.
There is also another scenario - he (Clark) actually does have a straight flush, as it were, whilst the US3 have full houses, if I may use a gambling analogy - what if Tim Clark is not bluffing and still playing this game, because he knows the expat managers who have left will have nothing to say except: no, there were no frauds, they ran an efficient model that happened to bet big on the right markets and won, even if it didn't result in great returns? What if he knows that all the expats have nothing incriminating on EK, because there wasn't anything criminal going on in the first place?
If you start with the
a priori assumption that no one is able to have a straight flush, then you might end up in trouble if you go all-in with your full house or 4-of-a-kind.

One could argue that after taking some bad beats due to internal issues in the past few years and being unable to take advantage of the geography of new economic flows, the US3 are now on tilt

I apologise if you are not a poker player (and to others reading the thread), so I have added some explanatory links.
