Nah, not at all.
it just makes me laugh actually how some people think they know it all and think we or indeed any airline enjoys delays and making up the most ridiculous reasons to annoy them.
trust me ,at the end if the day, we all want to get home or to the hotel just as bad as Passengers do and NO, we do not enjoy delays, far from it, but still put a smile on our faces and try our best, well most of us anyway
