I did my monthly atm withdrawal, then tried to buy a $500 vgc 30 minutes later at a grocery store to have it rejected. then about 45 minutes later used to buy a soda and chips at a neighborhood walmart, it went through, so I thought I would buy a sunrise VGC with it, but that was rejected, had to use the BCP. Logged into account both times and it says active, but won't allow large transactions.

Thought I would ask here before calling to India.
