arturo will post once again, as some people tend to disregard arturo's posts as something with no substance.

Arturo has a couple of "old country" sayings that he follows:

1.) How can you read the rules when the rules are not written? The person that owns the scroll and pen has/writes the rules.

2.) The person who has the Admonishistrator password can close any thread at anytime with any written or "thought-about" rule.

3.) Todas las reglas están feas y locas.
