The way this works is fairly simple, really. Once you earn or renew an elite threshold, a service email is sent to the email address we have on file for your SPG account directing you to go to the above web site to order the Elite Thank You cards. Once there, you can decide how you want them, but we think that printing them out makes the best sense.

Thank you William! If I requested them in September 2014, I did not get them. Interesting that the CSR I spoke with could not see that.
Whatever you did, I was now able to request a set be mailed to me (what can I say, I am old fashioned) and have made a note to follow up if I don't see them in 6 weeks. I am assuming you re-set something in the system for me.
Really appreciate all that the Lurkers do for us.
