Not at this store. The supervisor confirmed that they can't load any types of cards whatsoever. Even the general store manager confirmed that policy as well until I showed him the card and he researched it and learned from corporate that it is a new card that they are allowed to load.
You do realize you just made my point, right? I didn't mean to imply the only ignorance is at the cashier level. The store manager is still an employee (in the sense of not being an owner; he is employed by Target), and
he was ignorant of the card and his store's ability to load it.
