Most airlines split their BC between Upper and Lower deck at least in my experience.

I flew Ryanair 4 times last year and see absolutely no difference between them and AF and at a fraction of the cost on European flights.

I pay to be up front for the seat . If you give me the same seat as the people in the back then you are robbing me IMHO
