That was the OLD AF J seat....
I have flown AF many many times in J over the years starting in the late 1990s. I remember when they finally got rid of the recliners in the early 2000s and switched to the angled lie flats. How cool those seemed at the time, with the nice big screen!

I think that the thread title is misleading, especially given the new AF J seat:

This is a great hard product that actually compliments the good food, great wine, and overall great AF J product.
