when I back from home, Chase did call me ask about the transitions, I just told them I bought Gift cards for family.
I did my first load on Starwood Amex at customer care desk at the local Target- just under $1000. (that does not sell Redcards).
She knew immediately what to do and did it efficiently....it went through no problem.
I tried a second and it was disallowed by Starwood Amex. Instead I put it on a Chase card and it went through immediately. I put a third on a different Chase card and it also went through immediately.
