I agree. I'd like to see Target enforce IDs for all loads as it will reduce the abuse of the system and maybe keep it around for a month or two longer. As for your other point, I'd be bummed if Target reduced the per-day max to a few hundred a day, but I think it's a fair bet that's the direction they'll go as well. I'm a fair weather MS user, and I'd stop loading if the daily maximum was, say, $400.
