I noticed the employees are pushing ONLINE surveys on the receipts. I advise everyone to give a 10 out of 10 rating to everyone who does your loads. Gives them confidence. I've been putting in the comments their names and how knoweldgeable they are with loading cards with a smile. Might give them that extra confidence to keep feeding us loads.
