Not in the 5 last years or so that I have a status...
They were, indeed, quite a regular feature a few years ago...but in the last few years (not quite as long as 5 years, I think), they seem not to have run this offer.
We frequently had these offers detailed in posts here, but there have been none for quite some time, until this one arrived.
