Also non apply for me. So how do they target? I thought maybe only people who haven't already made bookings, but that doesn't seem the case.

Those kind of offers are always targeted, personal and customized (meaning that people targeted do not have always the same objectives to reach and the miles bonus can be different). So it is useless to use a link received by somebody else. If you have not received an e-mail from AF/FB, it means you're not targeted for this particular offer.

Those offers were frequent during Q1 which is the low tide for travel

A5 flights/Basic fares concerned by this offer?
Hi everybody,
I received the 7k miles e-mail
Two questions about it:
**Are AF flights operated by HOP! (A5) concerned by this campaign?
**About domestic AF flights: the Flying Blue "Jeune" (Youngs) program allows me to earn 1k miles on each domestic leg, even on "Basic" or "Prix MiNi" fares. These fares normally don't give a mile; & the e-mail mentions this: "According to some FB program rules, some seats or tickets do not allow you to earn miles, and as a csq to enjoy this offer."
May I enjoy the benefits of this offer on "Basic" fares on domestic flights?
Can anyone help me?
