At the local post office today, a clerk lectured a customer about the fact that the back of his credit card was not signed for about five minutes while there was a long line of customers waiting to be served. Clerk said she would process payment one time as a favor for the customer, but said she would not process payments for customer in the future using unsigned card. Customer said that he hasn't signed his credit cards for the past 20 years, but clerk told him that things have changed and repeated that she will not accept payments using unsigned cards in the future.
