I would have though the same thing myself...has anyone ever seen such limo pickups at the Domestic Terminal in SYD? Pickups at SYD domestic are bedlam at the best of times...
But from what the OP implies in his/her first post, a pickup is being provided without problem on arrival in SYD, and the problem arises only for the outbound.
That make it even weirder. If it was good for the inbound it should be good for the outbound...
