It's pretty clear that the OP should be eligible for both in AU1/AU2 (all cities except CBR/HBA) and Asia:

ASIA - AU1 - AU2
(Vice Versa) EK / EK-M YES in AU1 ASIA EK AU1 EK-M AU2 CDD in ASIA / CDA in AU1

Reading into it, the OP might need to call back his issuing authority to get the domestic QF flight changed into the EK codeshare just to be sure that loophole is covered.
