I tried lobster 3 ways over the past week:

Curry Patta Lobster - Suites SQ830 SIN-PVG

Lobster was nicely cooked and the setting with poppadoms, chutneys etc. was very well executed. Definitely a choice worthy of being considered a true F meal.

Lobster Thermidor - J SQ26 SIN-FRA

Lobster was overcooked and quite small. The vegetables were a little overcooked and limp too. Wouldn't order this ex-SIN again

Lobster Thermidor - J SQ319 LHR-SIN

Spectacular. The FA said how all the FAs had gathered around to marvel at it in the galley. She said it was the best BTC any of them had ever seen.

The lobster was perfectly cooked and overflowing with meat.
