As others have mentioned, Delta and VS have different record locator numbers for the same itinerary. In order to access your VS record locator without having to call Delta, try going to the seat map for the VS-operated flight on Delta.com and then clicking on the link in this message: "To manage your seat, please visit virginatlantic.com."

Your VS record locator should appear in the URL and you should be automatically redirected to your booking.
