For UA's FAs, you also need to consider which route you are taking. For SFO-TPE, it's SFO hub's FAs so you should expect PMUA FAs. They tend to be older but professional. Some NRT routes belong to NRT hub and therefore should expect more Asian FAs. Routes served by PMCO hubs, such was EWR, I tend to find missing services (just my experience).
