Different locations might take longer than others to reboot, but the transition happened in Palm Beach at 10:45am lol. Loaded wife's redcard fine, 2min later unable to load mine, spent the next 5min on the phone with customer service.
No issues loading here today.

Must be a reeeeeeeally slow update to their systems.
