My opinion about AC's code is identical with my opinion on >95% of other companies' codes (ethics code, code of conduct etc.):

They're just necessary documents companies need to have, nothing to take too seriously.

Not that I think AC is any worse than its competitors, I just don't believe in most of those statements.
