Sure. It's not a very important shortcoming to me, but YMMV. I live in a Target-rich environment (heh) - there's one less than two miles from my house, another a few miles from work, and one in between that I drive by every day. So for me, it's not a problem.
Target's strategy is to get customers through the entrance doors with this, and it's working - at least for me.
