Just to clairfy, the Conrad New York HHonors Breakfast options are as follows served with french press coffee or tea and freshly pressed orange or grapefruit juice:
Fresh Baked Pastry Basket - Vermont creamery butter & preserves
Housemade Almond and Quinoa Granola - Organic Greek yogurt & berries
Market fresh fruit & berries
Steel cut oatmeal - warm fruit compote, agave nector
Bruchetta scrambled eggs - vine ripen heirloom tomatoes, local mozzarella, pesto
I have had them all and rotate between the Bruchetta scrambled eggs, granola yogurt and oatmeal. The Bruchetta scrambled eggs is incredibly filling and has a sizeable service of scrambled eggs on top. The granola and yogurt has a lot of really nice berries on top and is a decent serving size.
The main breakfast issue here (and Conrad Chicago) is that since mid to late mornings on the weekend has much more demand than supply so there can be a wait. After many stays I know know if I want a nice quiet breakfast with no wait on Saturday, I need to get my butt out of bed and downstairs as soon as I wake up and not lollygag around in bed. There is a coffee station next to the restaurant where you can exchange your voucher for a to go package.
