My sister just left but she said it was "small" but she is a kettle so I need to interpolate this. I also assumed she flew Thomas Cook but in fact it was EasyJet. It was ex Paphos. Based on this information it sounds like a 737-800/900.

TATLs of course as you suggest are usually minimum 757. I arrived in MAN last Saturday on DL 64 which is a 767-300 (1 hour early > 100 mph tailwind). Returning this Saturday on VS109 which is a A330-300 .
