I'm there now on a DSU :-). A regency suite is what you get.
And I doubt you will get upgraded otherwise, you will probably get a view room and that's it. But who really knows.
I would try contacting the hotel directly, they have been pretty helpful for me. Regency suites are very limited in number, but they might offer you something with a bit more space for a small upgrade payment. You never know until you ask directly.
