So if they are telling you that:

1. every active account has been suspended
or
2. all gold accounts have been suspended

then that is not factually accurate. (albeit that they may be in the process of doing those things, although I am not sure how much more work will be going on over the weekend).
Some data points:

Me: Gold - Cleaned out and locked out - last flew 2 weeks ago
My wife: Blue - cleaned out and locked out - last flew last year
My son: Blue - cleaned out and locked out - last flew last year
My boss: Silver - not touched - and last flew in January

So there doesn't seem to be an obvious pattern.
