Just spoke to the GGL team. Apparently the information she has is that there was a large robotic hack attempt on a large number of Gold, GGL and Prem accounts last night and they've zeroed all affected accounts to prevent unauthorised use of Avios.
She reckons it should all be back to normal by Monday.
