crossing the pond, I've stopped in Bangor twice, although both were a long time ago. Also had to stop in ANC to refuel a 747 when flying SFO-Haneda, also long ago.
I always avoid the 757 TATL flights, both for lack of upgrade space and likelihood of unplanned refueling stop.
