I voluntarily gave the receipt code the 2nd time I called regarding the second account, but they didn't ask on the first account and I didn't think to make sure I gave it to them. Just curious what your experience was.
They only asked the usual information to verify my account and who I was, the date it occurred (not the specific time as I recall), and also the payment type used. I asked if they needed any info from my receipt but the CS agent said that it wasn't necessary, but suggested I hold on to my receipt just in case.
