I do too - so I travel with one of those memory foam neck pillows that people normally wear around their neck. If you pick one with a fastener (to stop it splaying) it makes a very comfortable pillow where your ear (and Bose earbud) can lie freely in the hole in the middle. It's fabulous - and frankly a much better pillow anyway than the little flat things in CW.
