Probably because these cards are "cash only", and paypwoer somehow detected my purchased using CC one day ago? What could be the reason that the cards not vitiated?
Are you sure those were exactly the same as the ones you bought the previous day? I think you bought some old style paypower cards that they consider retired. The store should have taken those off the shelf.
