My 2 cards got shut down. I did very little volume on them. Usually loading 1-2k per month and bill paying out. Lately it has been closer to 1k/ mo.

they are saying that the card issuer told them to close the card. I suppose they are talking about Metabank?

I want to talk to someone at their office and try to convince them to let me keep the card opened.

For one card, they told me that I need to fax in a copy of the receipt and a copy of the reloadit card. For the other card, they told me that I would get a call back.

I think I may tell them to go pound sand on the request to send the documentation in.

Anyone else shut down recently?

I have a pretty long history with Paypower and I think the takeaway is that having 2 cards doesn't shield you from AA much. Seems to me they just look at it as if it's one card.
