It's probably best if you don't crosspost - I've already replied your question in the other thread. BTW it's not clear to me where an Uber driver would wait for someone who needs to be picked up at Changi Airport, whereas the taxi line is clearly marked - follow the crowd.
There is an 'Arrivals Pick-Up' area they wait in. At T1 its out of the doors and turn left. Not sure about the others. When you open the app it picks up which terminal you're at and tells you where to go.
