I'm trying to do a first time bill payment to "BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE" for my USAirways Mastercard, but cannot get the payee listed in "ADD PAYEE", although my partner's Redcard had no problems recognizing and adding this payee automatically and neither did our Serve cards before.

Anyone else having similar problems ?
