I received my redbird about three weeks ago. I've loaded $2000 of AGC's. Today, I attempted to load $200 online from my ppmc and received the following message:

"For security reasons, we're currently unable to complete your request. To fix this, please call Account Protection Services at 1-855-306-7395 (Domestic) or 602-734-2449 (International Collect), available 24/7"

What's this about? I don't want to call and I have no other activity with the card except the two $1K loads done on separate days.
