We found the Parasite Museum and the Earthquake Museum both weird and fun at the same time. They are at opposite ends of Tokyo and both in neighborhoods with lots of other things to do.
We're heading back to Japan for the fourth year in a row at the end of the month. Each year it becomes more reasonably priced as the USD gets stronger.
I tell people to skip the cafeteria at the Parasite museum. There isn't one, but I'd never let truth get in the way of a good line.
