For a 29" bag, you need a large locker. As ksandness said, large station lockers are always a premium. No guarantee that one will be free.

316×355×575(mm)
550×355×575(mm)
843×355×575(mm)

Some stations have bigger size ones.

Keep in mind that not all 22"x14"x9" are created equal. Mine is supposed to be that, but in actuality it's >23" high with wheels and handle.
