Same thing happened to me March 8th @ FLL . I too hard him barking ,rudely too,have your boarding passes out. Yet the other one was telling everytone to have everything out of your pockets.
I put my phone with the mobile BP on it through the scanner,and was never asked for the BP .
Typical TSA inconsistencies,some airports want the BP after the WMD,some don't.
The one consistency is that if you don't get it 'right', you're going to get barked at.
