Now my balance is just $1879.50 ($2500 - $620.50) instead of $2500. I remember reading similar situation, but could not find it searching thru the thread. Can someone shed a light on how to resolve this?

Found the answers to my issue. Wow, I thought I was the few experiencing this. Not reading Redbird thread for two weeks, I sure missed a lot of updates
