Getting credit card fraud alert has nothing to do with RedCard... Spending $1,000 then another $1,000 anywhere is likely to get flagged, especially if gas was bought on the card just prior or some small amount. Often stolen cards get "tested" on something small before a big amount, so the fraud detection algorithms flag that.
