I've eaten all kinds of sketchy street food and raw veggies in places I probably shouldn't have, but the only time I've gotten worse than a minor case of the runs was from a cheeseburger at a Chili's outside of Detroit.
Spent four days with it coming out both ends, got a call from the health department, and was eventually diagnosed with salmonella (though not until after I was already feeling better). Last time I ever ate at a Chili's.
Now, getting sick from drinking too much is a whole other story...
