I had a quick glance, and it definitely looks like a quality effort.
As pointed out before, we are talking about a report worth millions, so we are talking about consultant firms working on it for months, which should result in a certain quality. I do not know whether Intervistas was involved this time around, but they did a good job during the US-Canada Open Sky negotiations. Good people working there. ^
Earlier this decade, when EK used to be in the final stages of negotiating (more) traffic rights to Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, they published a report about subsidies of European airlines, which also included (some Zeitgeist never hurts) facts about EU pollution allowances.
Easy to find on the internet, if you look for Emirates and a report on subsidies of European airlines. IIRC, AD Little and Booz were mandated back in the days, but I am not sure anymore.
I am sorry for repeating for myself, but the discussion is comparable to marriage counselling and both parties blaming each other for cheating.
I fear a discussion whether cheating 21 times is worse than 22 times or whether a romance with the hockey coach is worse than one with the postman used to be good material for Hollywood, but that's it.
