OK so twitter might work but for some of us non-tweeters, this is a total failure by DL and Hertz. I registered, realized I didn't have Hertz in my DL profile, added it and still I wait. E-mails to the Hertz addresses in this thread have gone unanswered.

Just another reason I'm taken my business to Avis.
