I tried one in west Cary 55, and it could not be loaded. The manager is very nice and said that Amex cancelled the service in the entire NC store.

I tried to load my RB at a target in NC, and was told that they received a memo from Amex to stop allowing loads completely. This is the same woman that had helped me over and over and mentioned how much she loved the product and wanted them to bring it to NC. I think I am going to try another Target in the area, although only 3 out of around 12 targets in the area even supported loading in the first place.
Anyone got any evidence that amex has sent out memos to stores that weren't officially supposed to support loading?
