There is a Super Target at North Atlanta refused to load redbird with any cash/debit card/credit card and cited they didn't accept RB or AFT anymore.
However, if I go to another target 4 miles away and they don't care at all.

I had to dig back to find your post on this. Due to the recent issues the thread has grown by 15 pages in the last two days, so I have certainly missed some of these posts. There is at least one other San Jose location that is now "cash only", but others seem to be working as of right now.
